Windows of Opportunity was opened in 1998 by its owner, Martina Albers, and is distinguished from its competition by providing excellent customer service. Over the past fourteen years. Martina and her expert team have provided customers with step by step guidance in selecting the right draperies, shades, blinds, shutters, upholstery, bedding, or other home decor needs for their homes.
Our store features a HunterDouglas Gallery, which includes the exclusive Alustra Collection. Besides our displays of shades, we have a variety of shutter samples and other sample books so that you can feel and see exactly what you're interested in purchasing. When it comes to draperies, upholstery, or bedding, our fabric book collection is quite extensive (and that's an understatement).
Windows of Opportunity has recently expanded. With a larger showroom and a roomier workspace, our store provides you with a better display of products, improves your in-store consultation experience, and makes it even easier for us to make your window treatment ideas a reality.

Over the past fourteen years, Martina has provided customers with step by step guidance in selecting the right window treatments for their individual needs. Martina and her staff have the knowledge and expertise to help customers put it all together, from the initial design to the finished install.
Aside from decorating windows to enrich homes, Martina enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and most definitely her dogs. Martina likes to unwind by going to the movies or eating dinner at Pei Wei with her family. She is a faithful church goer where she assists in the nursery. Martina's love and talent for creativity and her friendly personality makes her a successful owner of Windows of Opportunity.

Martha Gonzalez--Office Manager
Nobody can provide excellent customer service better than our Office Manager, Martha. As your main contact at Windows of Opportunity on the phone or in person, Martha is your go-to gal for setting up an appointment with one of our design consultants, setting up times to install your order, checking on the status of your order, completing your paperwork for repairs, checking out fabric books, and, overall, making sure your personal ordering process goes smoothly--from the moment you schedule your appointment until your order is installed. Both the designers and the installers depend on Martha for the management of their schedules. She also manages our advertising, keeps track of bills and spending reports, oversees inventory and filing, and updates price sheets and lists. No question or concern is too big or small; Martha is committed to giving you the best customer service there is to offer.
